Reservation Confirmation

  • A reservation is considered complete only when confirmed in writing or by email from the hotel.
  • Guests must provide their full name, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and accurate contact information.
  • Room rates may vary depending on the period, promotions, or public holidays.

Online Payment

  • For online payments made by credit/debit card, your card information will be entered and securely stored on the financial institution’s secure server.
  • We do not store or retain any of your financial information—whether in whole or in part—including, but not limited to, the cardholder’s name, credit card number, or card expiration date—on our servers.

Reservation Modification and Cancellation

  • The hotel’s cancellation policies, penalty fees, terms, and conditions may vary depending on the offer, rate, promotion, or package available on our website or social media platforms.
  • For guests who book and pay directly with the hotel, a one-time date change is allowed if the hotel is notified at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Non-refundable for all bookings.
  • No-show or failure to cancel: Full payment of the total room charge will be applied.
  • Early check-out or shortened stay: Full payment of the total room charge will also be applied.
