- No pets allowed.
- Only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a room. Extra charge will be applied for additional guests
- Do not bother other guests, such as singing loudly, or any other noisy actions, etc.
- Smoking in the room is prohibited penalty charge of 2,000 THB will be applied.
- Cooking in the room is prohibited, Penalty charge of 2,000 THB will be applied.
- Bringing illegal items, exotic plants, or animals is prohibited.
- Durian or anything that causes a bad smell is strictly not allowed in the hotel.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
- The guest should notify the hotel’s reception desk immediately upon noticing any damage.
- Check-in time 3pm. Check-out time 12:00 noon.
- An additional charge will be applied for early check-in and late check-out.
- Installation of any foreign item into guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed, and a penalty charge of 3,000 THB will be applied.
